This full-time position combines psychotherapy and non-psychotherapy caseloads for Occupational Therapists. You will assess and treat neurological, orthopedic, and mental health conditions, while supporting meaningful goals in home and community settings. FunctionAbility provides psychotherapy supervision and multidisciplinary support.
Key Responsibilities: Assess and treat neurological, orthopedic, and mental health conditions
Establish meaningful client goals within home and community settings
Create individualized treatment plans using occupational analysis




Liaise with community partners and rehabilitation professionals
Maintain qualified knowledge through training and personal networks
Requirements: University degree in Occupational Therapy
Good-standing membership with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
At least one year of general OT mental health experience
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Completed CBT, ACT, or DBT course
Bring occupational therapy, psychotherapy, and critical-thinking skills to FunctionAbility’s community-based rehabilitation services across Ontario.
