The Teaching Assistant supports Managing Human Resources in Sport Organizations. Applicants must be third- or fourth-year Sport Management students, or Sport Management graduates with equivalent preparation. The position involves explaining subject material, attending classes, and meeting deadlines. Duties follow the CUPE Local 4207 collective agreement.
Key Responsibilities: Attend scheduled classes and lectures
Prepare seminar materials for student learning
Consult with students during designated support periods
Mark or grade assigned student work
Proctor examinations and complete course administration
Requirements: Achieve at least 80% in the course
Currently study in third or fourth year
Study Sport Management or hold an equivalent degree
Explain subject material effectively to students
Attend classes punctually and meet appropriate deadlines
