Lead data governance strategy work at Citi using data controls, policy adoption, and enterprise reporting in a full time office setting. Support changing priorities across complex governance responsibilities.
The Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst contributes to enterprise strategy and Data Risk and Control Framework development. This position supports policy compliance, issue management, regulatory responses, and action tracking. It also applies data management, internal controls, and program management expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with teams to implement Data Governance policies and frameworks
Assess framework design, effectiveness, performance, and self-assessment processes
Analyze data issues, ownership, target dates, metrics, and reporting




Coordinate enterprise strategy rollout and Data Risk Taxonomy changes
Develop adoption measures and enterprise policy recommendations
Requirements: Six to ten years in Data Governance or related areas
Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools
Basic commercial awareness
Ability to manage deadlines and changing requirements
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
Apply data governance, risk controls, policy expertise, and stakeholder communication to enterprise strategy at Citi.
