Lead early learning at Bambini Learning Group’s Hamptons centre in Edmonton through educator coaching and strong family relationships. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role.
As Centre Director, you will guide daily operations and centre culture while supporting quality care and early learning. You will lead teams, strengthen programming with Pedagogistas, and maintain Alberta standards. The role suits an Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator with licensed childcare leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities: Build trusting relationships with educators, children, and families
Coach, mentor, and develop educators
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily centre operations
Maintain health, safety, and Alberta licensing standards




Partner with Pedagogistas to strengthen programming
Requirements: Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification
At least one year of licensed childcare leadership experience
Solid understanding of Alberta Child Care Licensing requirements
Experience leading, coaching, and supporting teams
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or ability to obtain one
Bring operational leadership, educator development, and relationship-building skills to Bambini’s Hamptons early learning centre in Edmonton.
