The two-year Citi Technology Analyst Program starts in July and includes robust training. As a Production Support Analyst, you will maintain critical live systems, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with technology and business partners. Rotations provide exposure to multiple teams and technology areas.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor end-to-end application environments in real time
Resolve incidents and complex production problems
Improve monitoring and alerting with ITRS Geneos and Grafana
Develop scripts and applications that automate processes
Coordinate with developers and business teams
Requirements: Graduate between December 2026 and May 2027
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
Basic algorithmic programming interview capability
Excellent communication, leadership, and attention to detail
Willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones
Develop production support, automation, monitoring, and problem-solving skills while contributing to Citi’s resilient technology foundation.
