Support children, youth, and adults with complex needs as a part-time permanent Youth Care Worker at Fraser House in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
At Ranch Ehrlo Society, you will help create a safe, nurturing, structured living environment. This role involves emotional and physical support, positive role modeling, activity planning, and guidance throughout group living. You will collaborate with clinical professionals, unit managers, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting participant growth.
Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate support within a safe, nurturing environment
Develop and implement engaging activity plans
Teach self-care, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and social skills
Resolve conflicts using behavior management and crisis strategies
Complete accurate documentation and reports
Requirements: High school diploma completion
At least one year supporting people with complex challenges
Child and Youth Care education is an asset
Solid interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Class five novice two or higher driver's licence
Bring empathy, flexibility, behavior management knowledge, and collaborative support skills to Ranch Ehrlo Society's Fraser House team.
