ARAMARK seeks a First Cook to prepare menus, manage kitchen operations, and maintain food quality. The work includes staff, inventory, ordering, workstation setup, ingredient preparation, and customer service. Transportation is provided by airplane from Bagotville and Rouyn-Noranda airports.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food using standardized recipes
Prepare the daily menu and organize production
Manage kitchen staff, inventory, and ordering
Set up workstations and prepare required ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Requirements: Culinary diploma preferred or equivalent experience
Three to four years in food service or restaurants
MAPAQ certification
Compliance with food safety and sanitation programs
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bring culinary experience, organization, and sound judgment to ARAMARK’s First Cook service at Hydro-Québec, East James Bay.
