Support Walmart facilities in Calgary through preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, repairs, and heavy machinery operation. This position is based at 5005 Northland Drive Northwest.
As a General Maintenance Technician, you will maintain facilities, equipment, fixtures, and company vehicles. The work includes managing work orders, contractors, parts, replacement equipment, maintenance records, and warranty claims. You will also support regulatory compliance, quality standards, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and repairs
Manage work orders, schedules, contractors, records, and warranty claims
Order, track, store, and transport parts and equipment
Maintain company vehicles and coordinate required maintenance




Operate heavy machinery using safety procedures and inspections
Requirements: Follow established maintenance schedules, guidelines, and safety procedures
Complete required equipment training and certification requirements
Comply with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations
Identify hazards, deficiencies, malfunctions, and replacement needs
Provide required written and electronic maintenance information
Apply preventive maintenance, vehicle care, contractor coordination, and heavy equipment skills as a Walmart Calgary technician.
