Coordinate retail store projects for ALDO Group across Canada and the United States, using planning, budgeting, and stakeholder-management skills.
Reporting to the Director of Retail Space Management — North America, the Project Coordinator maintains and enhances corporate stores. You will coordinate requests, renovations, deployments, closures, and asset recovery. The work also includes furniture, fixtures, displays, schedules, budgets, progress tracking, and stakeholder updates.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to visual merchandising and operational store requests
Coordinate closures, asset recovery, and redistribution
Prepare renovation and reconfiguration plans
Track project schedules, budgets, costs, and progress




Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
Requirements: Experience in retail planning, construction, facilities, or renovations
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Robust planning, budgeting, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities with autonomy
Occasional availability outside regular business hours
