Key Responsibilities: Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
Coach staff in selling skills and beauty sales standards
Monitor customer survey results and communicate team objectives
Book event appointments and manage annual event schedules
Schedule shifts around identified peak hours
Requirements: Sales experience with proven achievement of sales goals
Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
Previous experience leading a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
