Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
Guide clients toward savings, investments, credit cards, and lending
Identify referral opportunities across ATB’s full service suite
Build relationships through tailored advice and experience standards
Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use
Requirements: Two to four years creating remarkable client experiences
One to three years in retail banking or similar fields
Experience with lending products considered an asset
Passion for sales and relationship building
Finance, business administration education, or relevant work experience
