As Nurse Manager for the HB Dermatology Clinic, you will manage daily clinical operations and uphold nursing practice standards. The role requires performance measurement, budget management, regulatory compliance, and staff development. You will model OU Health values while supporting safe, inclusive patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day clinical operations and departmental performance
Establish quality initiatives supporting safe patient care delivery
Develop performance improvement tools and productivity reports
Resolve patient complaints according to policy and collaboratively
Coach, train, recognize, and evaluate department team members
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Master's in Nursing preferred
Three to five years demonstrated leadership experience required
Current Oklahoma or multistate compact Registered Nurse license
Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
