Support U-Haul customers in Abbotsford using customer service skills, rental technology, equipment inspection, and product education. This position is onsite at the listed center.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with U-Haul products and services. You will use U-Scan technology, prepare rental invoices, and accept returned equipment. The position also includes equipment handling, inspection, and ongoing U-Haul University education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center
- Manage rentals and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology
- Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
- Answer questions and educate customers about products and services

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and positive driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work around moving parts, fumes, or chemicals
- Legal authorization to work without employer sponsorship
