Job Description
The Small Law (SLF) Renewal Specialist is responsible for increasing revenue, usage and market share in assigned territory in Canada, for WestLaw, Practical Law, TaxNetPro and CoCounsel. You will leverage your expert consultative approach and opportunity analysis to meet customer needs. This is accomplished through an in depth understanding of Thomson Reuters products and solid relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Build productive, long-term relationships with Canadian SLF clients, taking responsibility for their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify and outreach to at-risk accounts, supporting renewals in assigned accounts alongside Sales Executives.
* Create sales solutions that meet SLF client needs and exceed their expectations with Thomson Reuters solutions.
* Attain assigned revenue
