Our client, a very high profile Canadian Company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange is hiring an EA to support a small dynamic, extremely friendly team of Executives in the Finance Group. This is a 12-month contract covering a leave of absence. Yonge and Eglinton. What you will do:

This role is relying on your robust organizational skills and your capacity to keep very busy executives on track. This involves heavy calendar and email management, proactively optimizing and streamlining busy meeting schedules. In the role you will have access to highly confidential information and must maintain professional discretion. Strong utilization of all MS Office applications, with excellent written and grammar for preparing correspondence, monthly reports and Board level presentations using PowerPoint. Other routine duties include managing invoicing and purchasing workflows, handle travel/expense oversight, coordinate internal Town Halls, conferences and related bookings. What you bring:



5 years of EA support, preferably in a REIT or Commercial Real Estate company where you have held the same level of responsibility. A post‑secondary diploma or higher is required. What they Offer: Salary range is between 80-85K Group benefits start on day one.
