As a Client Success Manager at Digital Shift, you'll oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, liaising with internal teams to ensure top-notch customer experience. You'll be our clients' trusted partner, guiding them through ongoing SEO strategies, initiating monthly Zoom strategy sessions, and ensuring they're always aware of their progress and results.

This role will allow you to flex your ability to juggle multiple projects, maintaining a keen eye on details while continuously driving results. You'll be the liaison between our clients and our operations teams,
