The Grocery Lead Hand supervises others while supporting a produce-focused department. You will direct workflow, order and receive products, merchandise effectively, and respond to customer needs. Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills support daily department functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct workflow and oversee the grocery department
- Order, receive, and merchandise products effectively
- Serve customers promptly with a positive attitude
- Keep shelves, bins, and displays stocked
- Rotate items and maintain clean, safe work areas

Requirements:

- Demonstrated maturity to supervise others
- Work experience within a produce department setting
- Strong communication and writing abilities
- Basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand all day
