Advise Wajax on securities disclosure and corporate governance from its Toronto head office through a hybrid work arrangement. Support public company matters directly for the Chief Legal Officer.As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will advise Wajax’s business and functional teams on public company requirements. Your work includes securities disclosure, regulatory matters, corporate governance, ESG reporting, and corporate secretarial support. You will also contribute to strategic transactions, compliance, and general corporate matters.Key Responsibilities:
