Key Responsibilities:

- Perform ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy
- Assist diagnostic tests, recovery, and surgical site care
- Respond to condition changes and initiate interventions
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMRs

Requirements:

- Active Registered Nurse license
- BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- At least two years of medical-surgical experience
- Solid clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
