As a Shift Leader, you will guide Cookie Crew members while baking, packaging, and preparing orders. You will prioritize tasks, maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and service speed. The position also includes communicating updates with store leadership and supporting bakery operations wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead bakery operations throughout each assigned shift
- Bake, package, and prepare guest orders
- Coach Cookie Crew members through direction and feedback
- Manage cash, register accountability, and deposits
- Maintain quality, safety, cleanliness, and service standards

Requirements:

- One or more years in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-focused work
- Robust communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain required food safety certifications
