We believe in investing in people who share our commitment to practical legal advice and a focus on excellent client service.Summary of position:The ideal candidate will assist lawyers with a wide variety of litigation matters, including civil and commercial litigation as well as estates litigation.Work includes, but is not limited to:Drafting documentsAssembly of motion records, affidavits, other court documents as requiredArranging for service of documentsCourt filingOpen and update files and prepare documents in the ACL softwareComplete the Litigation checklist for each fileCoordinate Bring Forwards (BFs)Retainer payment requestsEnsuring retainer agreement is sent and signedThis is a full-time permanent opportunity that offers a great work atmosphere, opportunity for growth and a challenging environment.Required Qualifications:Must have 3-5 years of litigation,
