Network Administrator

R.W. Tomlinson Limited is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our IT Systems group. This role is responsible for the administration, security, performance, and continued growth of our network infrastructure, while leading a small team and supporting complex projects and escalated incidents. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, sound problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate priorities, risks, and solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure patching and compliance of all network devices.
- Project Management.
- Network Design and Implementation.
- Network Troubleshooting.
- Network Hardware Configuration.
- Network Performance Tuning.
- Identify threats and technical vulnerabilities of networks.
- Network growth and device provisioning/administration as required.
- Documentation of configurations and procedures.
