Clean facility interiors as a Heavy Duty Cleaner with GDI, using floor care, washroom cleaning, and garbage collection skills. This is part-time evening work.

GDI provides integrated facility maintenance services across the United States and Canada. As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will maintain hard floors, carpets, washrooms, common areas, and offices. The schedule runs Monday to Friday from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Work includes moving between two buildings across the street when showers are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors, stairs, and surfaces
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily
- Collect garbage and replace container liners
- Perform high dusting and wall washing
- Monitor defects and report them to supervisors

Requirements:

- Use cleaning tools and equipment effectively
- Take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Work cooperatively as part of a team
- Provide own transportation between work locations
- Lift up to 50 pounds and pass background check
