Deliver friendly customer service at Michaels while handling checkout, cash, product guidance, and retail store support. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

As a Service Team Member, you will help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions throughout the store. You will support checkout standards, Rewards enrollments, Private Label Credit Cards, VOC surveys, and omnichannel services. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate products and provide suitable solutions
- Execute cash handling and maintain a rapid checkout experience
- Complete Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- Assist BOPIS, SFS, truck unloading, stocking, and planograms




- Recover merchandise, support SISO, safety, and shrink programs

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- Must be at least sixteen years old
