SENIOR CLINICAL COUNSELOR | Downtown Toronto

The senior clinical counselor supports prospective patients who have completed a consultation for a vision correction procedure, including LASIK or intraocular surgery. High-performing, results-oriented, and equipped with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, they act as a resource person for patients by clarifying the information received, answering their questions, presenting the options and financial aspects transparently, and supporting them in their decision-making process. This role contributes to ensuring a professional, personalized patient experience that is aligned with the clinic’s standards.

The wage range for this role is between $23.22-$27.29/hr.
