About The Role

The Sales & Renewals Specialist plays a key role in supporting PheedLoop’s growing client base by managing inbound leads and ensuring a smooth and positive renewal experience.



You’ll be responsible for qualifying and booking inbound leads, managing inbound renewal inquiries, preparing renewal agreements, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts through upselling additional modules and services.

This is an entry-level position on our Sales team — perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer success and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound leads and ensure qualified leads convert to the next stage in the sales process.
- Respond to renewal inquiries from existing clients promptly and professionally.
- Review current client agreements and determine the appropriate renewal terms.
- Prepare and send renewal quotes and agreements using our internal systems.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client usage and needs.
