Work Arrangement: On-site, Monday to Friday

About the Prospect

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting and Payroll Specialist to join their team on an immediate, temporary basis. This role offers the opportunity to support payroll operations and financial administration within a collaborative and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll expertise, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with financial systems, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities





- Process payroll accurately and in compliance with applicable legislation and company policies
- Administer employee benefits, pension contributions, and payroll-related documentation
- Prepare Records of Employment (ROEs), year-end tax slips, and other payroll compliance requirements
- Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Enter and maintain financial data within accounting and payroll systems
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
