AEO Program Director (Delivery Director)

Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that drives pipeline growth for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies. We help our clients generate pipeline through content engineered to distribute across LLMs, search, social, communities like Reddit, and every channel their buyers actually use.

Mission of the Role

You lead a team of 5-8 strategists, specialists and a coordinator who deliver for a portfolio of enterprise clients: typically 7-12 clients and a $2-3M book. You’re a strategist first. You turn each client’s roadmap into a plan, run the team that delivers it, and review the work before it reaches the client. You run the client’s working sessions and status calls every week.
