Job Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the effective and accurate management of the Club’s Accounts Payable function, ensuring invoices, payments, and financial transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established accounting procedures and internal controls.

This position reports to the Assistant Controller and works collaboratively with vendors, departments, and the Accounting team to support accurate financial records and effective day-to-day accounting operations.

Salary Range: $52,000-$56,000

Key Responsibilities

The following outlines the primary responsibilities of this role, including but not limited to:

- Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, ensuring supplier invoices, employee-related payments, commissions, independent contractor payments, and other approved disbursements are accurately processed and paid within established timelines.
- Manage invoices through Beanworks, including receiving, reviewing, coding, routing for approval, monitoring approval status, and maintaining supporting documentation.
- Process approved invoices and payments through Jonas, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process EFT transactions and other approved methods of
