Reporting to a site manager, the Night Housekeeper maintains cleanliness across premises, bathrooms, common spaces, and supplies. The position supports residents, team members, visitors, and emergency services while following person-centered care principles. Accuracy, confidentiality, infection control, and occupational health and safety remain central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing tasks
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, and common spaces
- Monitor the building overnight and respond to emergencies
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, incidents,



and unsafe conditions
- Maintain records, replenish supplies, and support quality improvement

Requirements:

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials
- Housekeeping or laundry experience is an asset
- Ability to communicate respectfully with residents and visitors
- Ability to work independently and cooperate with others
- Computer literacy and flexibility for varied shifts
