Support clean, safe Walmart facilities in Duncan through maintenance cleaning, Fresh Department care, and Food Safety compliance. This position starts at $18.70 hourly.
As a Maintenance Team Associate, you will participate in a structured cleaning program while controlling expenses. The work supports a safe shopping and working setting at Walmart’s Duncan location. Responsibilities include cleaning coolers, freezers, display fixtures, floors, carpets, and non-sales areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the Stocking 3 Coach and maintenance associates
- Complete timely cleaning throughout all Fresh Departments
- Inspect cleaning equipment and confirm proper working condition
- Maintain sufficient cleaning supplies for assigned work
- Clean floors, carpets, and non-sales floor areas when required
Requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Comply with Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines
- Complete required in-store certification programs
- Follow Company policies and procedures
- Work safely in shopping and working environments
