They are looking for an Investment Fund Accountant who will support the firm’s day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities, with a focus on investment funds, managed accounts, and related operating entities.As a rapidly expanding boutique firm, team members enjoy direct access to senior leadership, accelerated learning opportunities, and the ability to make meaningful contributions from day one.General Accounting & Financial CloseMaintain general ledger accuracy in accordance with applicable accounting standardsPerform balance sheet, cash, and intercompany reconciliationsFund & Investment AccountingSupport preparation and review of monthly and quarterly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculationsRecord and reconcile investment activity including trades, income, expenses, capital calls, and distributionsMaintain accurate investment accounting records and supporting schedulesAssist with cash, position, and NAV reconciliations across funds and accountsAssist with valuation processes for public and private investmentsPrepare investor capital account statements and supporting schedulesSupport management and performance fee calculationsAudit, Tax & Compliance SupportPrepare audit working papers and respond to auditor and administrator requestsAssist with tax filings and information requests in coordination with external advisorsSupport regulatory, compliance, and internal reporting requirementsCoordinate with fund administrators, custodians, banks, and external service providersMaintain accounting documentation, schedules, and control checklistsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, controls,
