Safran Landing Systems seeks a Machinist for its Mirabel plant, manufacturing components for Airbus A320, A330, A350, and Boeing 787 landing gear. You will use lathes, milling machines, and multi-axis CNC machining centers. The work includes machining operations, part inspection, technical documentation, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and assemble parts before machining
- Perform machining operations according to machining ranges
- Inspect parts against specifications and address abnormalities
- Consult drawings, procedures, and operation sheets digitally
- Maintain tools, jigs, and equipment in positive condition
Requirements:
- DEP in machining techniques
- Experience operating CNC machine tools
- ASP in CNC machining is an asset
- Basic computer knowledge and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail, autonomy, flexibility, and initiative
