Are you someone who can confidently troubleshoot server, virtualization, storage, backup, and connectivity issues in enterprise environments? Do you regularly monitor infrastructure and service health, assess alerts, and take action to minimize business impact?





We are looking for a methodical and reliable Senior Endpoint Operations Consultant for our Calgary branch working onsite at a dedicated client in NE Calgary

You will monitor infrastructure alerts, investigate incidents, perform routine maintenance and approved changes, complete service requests, and keep clients and the operations team informed through clear, timely ticket updates. The position works with internal technical teams and vendor support to restore service and maintain reliable, well-documented operations.

A Day in the Life:

- Monitor infrastructure health dashboards and respond to alerts impacting servers, endpoints, virtualization, backup, and enterprise services
- Investigate incidents and service disruptions, identify root causes, and work toward timely resolution
- Perform scheduled server and endpoint patching activities using Microsoft MECM/SCCM
- Complete service requests related to software deployments, application installations,
