In this role, you will hold complete end-to-end accountability for project delivery—managing schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and final approvals.Positioned at the center of a dynamic stakeholder ecosystem, you will collaborate with project sponsors, business leaders, technical teams, and external integration partners. You will report directly to executive sponsors and the steering committee, using strong political acumen and leadership to drive project governance, change control, and resource allocation.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project Ownership: Define and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk management strategies, and deliverable sign-offs.Stakeholder & Ecosystem Leadership: Serve as the central focal point between executive sponsors, department managers, domain leads, and third-party software integrators.Governance & Reporting: Prepare and present strategic progress reports directly to executive sponsors and steering committees.Change Management: Exercise decision-making authority over resource requests,
