The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of in office construction, ensuring compliance with company standards on safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery.Location: Richmond, BCKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Project Manager to schedule and plan construction activitiesProvide regular progress reports to the Construction Project ManagerOversee daily sign-ins and sign-outs via SitemaxCoordinate material requirements with the Project Coordinator on a weekly basisAttend and actively participate in site meetings with trades and engineersRecord and maintain minutes for bi-weekly engineer-driven meetingsSupervise and ensure the quality of trades' work and installationsAddress and resolve any issues with trades as they ariseSupervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of tradesManage work coordination with subcontractorsEnsure safe working conditions are consistently maintained on-siteFollow up on SVR and SI to ensure trade completeness and QAEnsure that trades complete work according to POs and COsRequirements:15+ years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent,
