Lead hunting and archery retail operations in Calgary, Rocky View, using customer service and product recommendations to support shoppers. This is a full time position.

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Lead oversees daily department operations at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s. You will supervise team members, delegate assignments, train standard operating procedures, and maintain department standards. The role also includes resolving customer issues and promoting company programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead hunting and archery department team members
- Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
- Train team members on procedures and processes
- Recommend products by evaluating customer needs
- Maintain signage, recovery, restocking, and sales floor presentation

Requirements:

- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
- Sales or service workplace experience preferred
- Open availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Outdoor lifestyle or related field experience
