About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice-President to lead its Canadian operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role oversees day-to-day operations and supports continued growth through solid leadership and a commitment to innovation. The successful candidate will engage and motivate employees, promote cross-functional collaboration and transparent communication, and drive results through realistic yet ambitious budgets. The position also contributes to the organization’s strategic and operational direction.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a scientific discipline, preferably chemistry, and have at least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Full fluency in French and English is required. Applicants should be comfortable working in multicultural environments and demonstrate strong skills in analyzing and interpreting financial reports.
