Minga is primarily hiring a senior Customer Success Manager, while considering solid intermediate candidates with relevant experience. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will own a portfolio of up to 100 customers. You will guide implementation, provide virtual training, and represent customer needs internally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide onboarding, implementation, setup, and integration support
- Manage relationships across a portfolio of up to 100 customers
- Monitor usage data,
