Procom seeks a Senior Project Manager for a contract ending March 31, 2027, with possible extension. You will manage IT projects centered on business process and organizational change. The work requires coordinating Technology Enablement, Business, and third-party stakeholders while aligning initiatives with broader portfolio goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Set program standards with the Program Manager
- Develop plans covering resources, timelines, and budgets
- Identify risks and issues through data-driven reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors
Requirements:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent professional certification
- Six-plus years leading IT projects involving organizational change
- Three-plus years managing cross-functional large-scale initiatives
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodology proficiency
