This customer-facing position supports Glen Group’s food and beverage service. You will prepare drinks to established recipes, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The work includes food preparation, cash handling, restocking, and maintaining organized service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes
- Serve customers and handle point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain clean, organized, and productive workspaces
- Restock supplies and complete opening and closing duties
- Assist with pastries, light snacks, and preparation tasks

Requirements:

- Six months of customer service or hospitality experience
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Adaptability when menus and recipes change
- Serving It Right and Food Safe certifications are assets
- Food delivery app experience is an asset
