Warehouse inventory specialists can manage materials onsite at CoolIT, using ERP/WMS systems and RF equipment during a six-month contract. Accuracy and protected handling matter daily.
The Warehouse Inventory Associate reports to the Warehouse Supervisor within CoolIT, an Ecolab Company. This onsite role covers inbound and outbound inventory transactions, material staging, picking, shipping, receiving, and distribution. You will record transaction data, support Production teams, and maintain organized warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stage, store, pick, distribute, receive, and ship materials
- Use computer systems and RF equipment for transactions
- Record accurate data in ERP/WMS systems
- Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound shipments
- Complete cycle counts and inventory activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of warehouse operations experience
- Experience with inventory, staging, picking, shipping, and receiving
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
