Drive JCB retail sales growth from Montreal across Quebec and Atlantic Canada through dealer development and product expertise. Support market share expansion across a defined territory.

As Regional Business Manager, you will support JCB dealers and end users across Quebec, Current Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland, and Toronto. The position focuses on retail sales penetration, market share growth, dealer training, product marketing, inventory, and customer support. You will work with sales, marketing, service, parts, and business development personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Motivate, train, and assist dealer salesmen on JCB products
- Communicate promotional programs and product marketing initiatives
- Support dealer transactions and coordinate customer assistance




- Maintain product inventory and displays at assigned dealerships
- Develop markets, applications, dealer plans, and regional sales performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Two or more years’ related sales or marketing experience
- Five or more years’ experience preferred
- French and English bilingual ability preferred
- Microsoft Office knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills
