Build PolicyMe’s Home & Auto revenue engine remotely across Canada using HubSpot administration, CRM architecture, and process design. Create structure for a new business unit. As Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the systems, data, and workflows supporting customer acquisition and service at scale. You will define pipelines, routing, handoffs, governance, and reporting for an emerging insurance business. The work spans Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations. Key Responsibilities:

Administer HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, permissions, and reporting Design lead routing, lifecycle stages, handoffs, and data governance Manage integrations between HubSpot, Five9, Front, and other systems Build dashboards covering pipeline, conversion, retention,



and productivity Plan, document, test, and launch system changes Requirements:

Five or more years in revenue operations or related fields Hands-on HubSpot administration experience in growing organizations Experience with workflows, automation, integrations, permissions, and reporting Solid analytical, troubleshooting, spreadsheet, and data-quality skills Clear communication and cross-functional influence without formal authority Bring HubSpot expertise, analytical judgment, and process discipline to PolicyMe’s Home & Auto operating foundation.
