- Personal Support Worker or Health Care Aide certificate or nursing student with successful completion of all level 2 courses at McMaster University or nursing student with successful completion of all level 1 courses in the Mohawk College diploma program.
- Demonstrates a customer oriented approach - excellent customer service skill set.
- Computer familiarity or willingness to learn computer skills as required.
