Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst with over 7 years of experience in quality assurance, specializing in testing Pega Smart Dispute applications and credit/debit card dispute resolution workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end test execution, functional validation, and payment network compliance across complex dispute and chargeback lifecycles.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts for Pega Smart Dispute implementations.
- Validate complex dispute case management workflows, rule evaluations, accounting entries, and card network compliance (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
- Perform backend and integration testing using REST/SOAP APIs to verify data flow between Pega, core banking systems, and payment processors.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools like Jira or HP ALM.




- Collaborate with Pega developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment to ensure requirement coverage and issue resolution.
