Job Title: Senior Pega Smart Dispute Developer

Location: PCS CA~TORONTO

Years of Experience: 7-10 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Pega Smart Dispute Developer with 7 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain enterprise dispute and fraud processing applications using Pega PRPC and the Pega Smart Dispute framework.

Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and enhance Pega case structures, workflows, business rules, data transforms, and user interfaces for debit/credit card disputes.
- Implement and manage REST/SOAP API integrations connecting Pega with core banking engines, payment processors, and card networks (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, guardrail-compliant Pega solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and conduct performance tuning using Pega Tracer, Clipboard, PAL, and Splunk.
- Collaborate with business analysts, cross-functional engineering teams,



and QA in an Agile environment to ensure end-to-end delivery quality.

- Troubleshooting Tools (Tracer, Clipboard, PAL) - Advanced

Preferred Skills

- Payment Card Processing, Chargebacks, and Fraud Rules - Banking &
- Financial Services domain knowledge
- SQL - Relational Databases &
- SQL (Oracle / PostgreSQL)
- Core Java - Core Java, Unix/Linux shell scripting, and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

Qualifications Must possess a strong understanding of Pega Smart Dispute and related technologies, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality solutions in a quick-paced environment.
