Role Description The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vaughan, ON.

The Sales

Consultant will welcome customers to the showroom, identify their needs, and provide knowledgeable guidance on suitable products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring accurate documentation in the sales system. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized sales area, following up with customers to support post-sale satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Consultant will collaborate with colleagues and management to support promotional activities, stay current on product updates, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Previous retail or showroom sales experience, preferably in furniture, home goods, or telecommunications products.
- Ability to work on-site in Vaughan, ON, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems, basic computer applications, and learning new software tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is an asset.
