The work spans reserves, client onboarding, banking partners, vendors, incident response, reporting, and meaningful operational metrics. You will report to the Director of Operations, CADD and partner with compliance, finance, legal, engineering, and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:
Design and run end-to-end CADD minting and redemption workflowsReconcile on-chain supply, reserve balances, and internal ledgers dailyOnboard exchanges, fintechs, payment companies, and corporate clientsManage reserve banks, attestation firms, analytics providers,



and vendorsLead controls, incident response, reporting automation, and operational metricsRequirements:
Five-plus years in payments, treasury, banking, or fintech operationsFluency with wires, EFT, Lynx, settlement timing, and cut-offsExperience owning reconciliations across multiple systemsPractical KYC, KYB, AML, monitoring, and escalation experienceAdvanced spreadsheets plus SQL, scripting, or workflow automationBring controlled payments operations, reconciliation expertise, and automation skills to protect every CADD reserve and redemption.
