Assist with general crop and field maintenance. Sort, grade, clean, and inspect produce for quality. Pack and prepare produce for shipping to market. Label, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload produce and packaging materials as required. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow farm safety, food safety, and quality-control procedures. Perform other general farm labour duties as required. Qualifications No previous farm experience required – training will be provided. No specific education requirements. Reliable and willing to work in a physically active environment. Able to work early mornings and weekends when required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors depending on the task and season.
